How does a person get the mold mildew smell out of clothes?

the other day i was doing laundry and after my clothes were done in the washer i put them in the dryer the thing while i was doing other stuff thinking my clothes were drying the dryer got jammed and stopped working(only 2 years old dryer what a piece of crap) i left it for a couple hours and when i got back i started up the dryer again and then the next day went to go play Basketball with a couple guys and after i started sweating my shirt and shorts started to reek
