I need advice on my ex boyfriend?

My ex-boyfriend used to live in my city and we dated for a long time, but then he tried to go to far with me, being kind of forceful. I broke up with him and I have been afraid of him ever since. He would be creepy towards me and try to win me back, and this freaked me out. But he moved away and I was happy and I moved on. I haven't heard from him in almost 2 years. Until recently he started texting me a lot, and saying weird things, saying he still has feelings for me and he wanted to win me back. Then he told me he is moving back to my city, and when he told me the name of the place he was moving I realized its 5 houses away from my house. I almost had a panic attack, now im really scared and don't know what to do, because no matter how clear I make it that I want nothing to do with him he wont back off. PLEASE HELP!!!!
