What do i do if a guy hasn't txted u in 3 weeks!!!!?

ok i like this guy and he hasn't txted me in 3 weeks. i think its because his sister was teasing him. i really like him but i don't want to be to forceful. i have txted him say hey about 2 days ago and still no answer. what do i do??????????????????????????????????????… :'(
