Was this a mild case of food poisoning or what?

yes it was as it happened too me just last month and i though i brought up just some the first time but i had too keep going but nothing was coming up like 5 or 6 times then it may my throat sore but like you after all the bathroom visit i went too bed and never had too get up till the next morning and felt find and eat normal like i always done the only thing bad about it it was so scary
