I think I have chlamydia and penis ringworm at the same time?

I used to have chlamydia about 2 weeks ago and I took doxycycline for about 10 days and I thought it cleared up completely. I am worried now because I now have penis ringworm, which I have been using cream for. I thought that I got the ringworm from sweating while hiking through SE Asia, but now I am thinking that is it possible that I never fully got rid of my chlamydia and that it led to this ringworm? It doesn't hurt when I urinate, but I am noticing a strange sensation at the tip of my penis. Could this be a symptom of the penis ringworm or is this from the chlamydia? Any doctors on here please help.
