Is it possible to feel the baby moving at 12 weeks? This is why i ask.?

I can touch my stomach feel something hard and like it moves across my hand not anything forceful or anything just feel it move. I also have been having bubbly feelings i thought it was just gas. It's like when you put a straw in a glass and blow air in certain parts of my stomach you can touch and feel the bubbly feeling. When we went for our ultrasound at 11 weeks the baby was jumping all over. Just wondering if it's possible to feel the baby this early in second pregnancies i was 14 weeks with my son when i felt flutters.
