Should a parent have a say in this...?

Do you think that if a teen mom is forced to keep the child, due to parental threats such as being kicked out or disowned, the grandparents should take care of the child? She didn't want the baby she either wanted to give it up or abort it so why should she be forced to raise a child her parents wanted, just like they shouldn't raise a child she wanted. Right now a teenage girls doesn't need her parents permission to do either, in my state at least, should that change? If so who should raise the child, the unwilling mother or forceful parents?
