I have been suffering with anxiety for the last 6 years now. I have skipped heart beats, which are so forceful, it hurts my chest. I get night sweats and fast heart beat as well. I tend to overeat throughout the day. I am always snacking on something and when I buy groceries to last a week, I can eat all the groceries in 1 day!! This has caused a big spike in my blood pressure. What can I do to change my lifestyle, so that I can be healthy again? The anxiety has totally controlled and ruined my life.
