What else should I do?

For the past 3 months I have been doing yoga and running, both atleast 3-5 times a day 7 days a week. I have lost 2 and a half inches off each thigh and have also lost 3 inches off my waistline. I am happy with these results and everything but I can't seem to lose anymore weight/inches no matter how much I run and do yoga. Ofcourse I am eating a healthy diet (consuming 6 small meals a day) and drinking plenty of water. I do the Yoga Meltdown with Jillian Micheals dvd and it definitely makes me work up a sweat but since I am not seeing anymore weight/inches to be lost, I was wondering if anyone knew of any other workout dvds for yoga, or even pilates, that could help me. If it's any help, I am female, 18 years old, height is 5'3" and my weight is 140. I would like to get my thighs from 21 inches to 18 inches and as for my waistline, I would like for that to go from 34 inches to 30 inches. Any suggestions?
