Do I have a phobia of needles? Or just a fear?

Hi there! I know it is pretty normal to be scared of needles but I think I have a phobia. Every needle/pointy thing scares me, pins, thumb tacs, badges and DEFINITELY INJECTION NEEDLES. This has gone to the stage were I am scared to do sowing in class, were I am to scared to get my ears pierced ( I went to get them done and started crying madly and breathing hard and fast) ....even the thought scares me, were I am terrified of injections to the Point of skipping school or fainting, even pictures and the thought makes me feel dizzy and break out in a cold sweat.... I feel I cant do anything? I s this really a phobia? Are there any ways to cope with this? Please help ( by the way I don't know if this matters but I am 13 and female )
